1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation or using the services of Hillsprings Hotels & Event Centre, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. Reservations & Booking

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation from Hillsprings Hotels & Event Centre.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is 12:00.
• Standard check-out time is 12:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

4. Payment

• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to 7.5% VAT.
• Payment is due upon check-in unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
• We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment methods are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
• Group bookings and event hall reservations may have different cancellation policies.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect other guests and staff. Hillsprings Hotels & Event Centre reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if a guest behaves in a manner that is disruptive, unlawful or contrary to the safety and comfort of others.

7. Liability

Hillsprings Hotels & Event Centre is not responsible for loss of personal property. Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. The hotel's liability is limited to the cost of the accommodation booked.

8. Event Hall

• Event hall bookings require a deposit. Full payment is required before the event date.
• The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to the venue during the event.
• All events must comply with applicable laws and end by the agreed time.

9. Changes to Terms

Hillsprings Hotels & Event Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
